I used to work here, and I loved my job and being kind and helpful to people. After moving on, I still shopped here. I came here to sell one of my instruments as I have for years, and the manager Jason was so absolutely rude, profiled me, and was just completely unprofessional asking me "If I have an attitude problem." The other pawnbrokers are super chill and nice but the manager needs his ego checked out seeing as I was nothing but kind and respectful!! Please do better!! I used to love coming here!!!

The store is very well organized and the employees are awesome! Josh Castillo helped me out and he was great! He knew where everything was at and explained a little bit about what each item was for. I didn’t find what I was looking for but overall, Josh was very excellent at his job!

Came in, not really looking for anything other than browsing while my food order was being made at a restaurant down the street. Capital Pawn at the Davis Blvd Naples Florida location has been extremely helpful to me while I have encountered some touch times. It is my first Pandemic and so I was not completely prepared for the situations in which I found myself. Regardless of the reasons behind me having to pawn my own belongings I felt the need to share the episodes with Jason, the Manager and Josh, the assistant manager. The other Josh, a.k.a. “Little Josh” is just starting to get to know me. I am already being treated with much respect and my comedic personality has already been completely accepted by him as well. Without going into too much detail, I would like to recommend The Davis Blvd Capital Pawn over the Bonita location. I feel as though the Marks (3 of them) at that location never treated me with near as much customer care as the Josh Team (Big and Little). Overall Capital Pawn is as classy as a pawn shop can get. They are sympathetic to the customer’s situation and do not take advantage of their situation. They are fair and, believe it or not, also generous. Went to Capital Pawn because I needed a loan on my 10K gold chain so I could pay my car insurance. Gigi was the girl who did my loan. She was so nice and professional. It made me feel good about my gold being stored safely and secure. Redemption was easy even though I lost my pawn agreement paper. Definitely a solid place to do business! I was there a few weeks ago to check on some items I was very concerned about having lost. Not only were they still there but because of the AMAZING staff, I was able to retrieve one item and save two others. I primarily worked with both Sarah and Cal who were GREAT! Overall, the staff was VERY knowledgable and considerate. Willing and eager to work with me when perhaps/most likely other pawn shops wouldn’t. This is the best pawn shop I've been to. They have great and helpful staff and some really cool stuff.
