    I'm not too pleased with the fact that the phone service at this bank has been out for over a week. Not everyone is able to check their account online? Unbelievable, this large bank can't get a land line fixed any faster than this?

    Really wish this bank would stop closing out my account pending deposit 😡 it's incredibly inferiating to check your account, and account has been closed without notification from the bank. I have an active checking account, and this is the second time I've had to call.

    Lost my business. Lot of good people but it only takes one to ruin a good thing. Thank y’all but their are banks in town with better ratings and customer service. Nothing personal just doing the smart thing and moving on.

    Don't go here for a mortage loan. Took way longer than it should have to get to our closing date and we had to reach out continuously to see what we needed to get done. Some documents we had to resend multiple times. There is no reason it should have taken that long considering we had everything we needed to get a loan. We probably could have got a much better interest rate, but that's our fault for not shopping around more. Not impressed with bank.
