We visited inside of the First Reliance- Myrtle Beach bank and loved the service and small town feel. Joanne and Jamie were super friendly! Joanne took her time helping us replace cards and setting up our app on the phone! Thank You for making us feel right at home!

When I tell you that this bank goes above and beyond, I observed both of the ladies at this branch on 2 separate occasions walk my non-experienced clients through personal banking. They were kind, patient (even as I was losing patience) and informative, even taking the extra steps to educate. The gentleman even dropped off a document to my client who didn't drive!! This bank reminds me of banking when I was very young, where I wasn't just a number, but it was a personal experience. BRAVO!!

It’s a small town vibe. The employees all know me, my dog and family which is cool. I deposited a large sum of money and it’s still there.
