Thank you so much for first option Bank for helping me get everything squared away leaving with a clean slate and I pray that your bank does better and I pray that your staff seems to find their way and all is well with you on my way to a new bank thank you for your time

Today I was accused of cursing out of teller and I did not curse out to tell her and I was told that they were closing my case due to my account due to too many infractions on overdress which I do pay off and too many things wrong with my case which I feel the man was being prejudiced to me I did not curse out a bank teller and I asked the man to review the tape he refused to and told me they no longer needed me at their Bank he made his decision and closed my account I feel that they have been biased against me and I want everybody to join in and know that this is what has been done to me personally and frustrated me it hurt me deeply and I think that they are stuck up and rude and when I left I told them you're all a bunch of liars I stated it very clearly and the man Chris that told me this was very rude and very hateful and very Stern and made me feel like a piece of trash just for everyone to know

These folks are awesome! Great home town feel. It is so comforting to walk in and not be treated like an account number! They always know my name and are glad to see me!

I feel the same as Melissa Fagan. They have turned into a corporate bank type like Bank of America. Driven by profit not service. In the last year I've had 2 deposits mishandled. One left on the counter in the drive thru over night with 1000's in cash and the other they tried to blame on the credit card processer which was false. They are quick to charge you if you mess up but when they do its give you a gift certificate to a place you don't want. When you tell them you don't want it they still send it to you. I guess lack of communication may be another thing they are lacking. They will act concerned but in the end will do nothing to improve the situation.

As a small town bank, we thought First Option Bank would be supportive of local business, like the one we own, but they are not. They also have treated me very rudely both in the lobby and in the drive thru.

First Option Bank staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
