    Thank you Cindy of first option bank in louisburg. Great customer service. I called and met Cindy at the drive through with the bank closing in 10 minutes she took the time to make sure my problem was solved. Even came outside to do it! Thanks for making my day much better.

    This bank is amazing!!! They know and understand small business banking. They work with your accountant. They know how to treat customers and assist you in making your Monday grow. Personal IRA'S business IRA'S, SBA loans. So happy we made the switch. Should of done it sooner.

    First option in louisburg and lacygne are the best branches. I've been with them since I was in the military. These two branches have exceptional service and wonderful people working for them. They are always there to help. I have no opinion on the branches in osawatomie or springhill given I've never been there. I'm sure they are just as great.
