I want to thank you Rochelle for helping me through this stressful time.I had to add my teenage daughter to my insurance policy and Rochelle was so helpful and walked me through the process. She told me all about the discounts we could get. Who doesn't like discount! The drive safe modules they have for new drivers were great. I watched them with my daughter and learned a few new things myself.

This location is top notch!! The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable. Rochelle Folks goes above and beyond to assist the policy holder! I have never had a question that she could not answer and she always explains all options in terms that are easy to understand, especially not knowing much about insurance myself. She truly cares about the policy holders! Even though I do not live anywhere close to this location I will always have all of my policies through this office.
