First National Pawn N Orchard St, Boise

My wife pawned her 9mm with this place and they sold it before the time was up. This place told my wife that they would make a deal for another gun. I had to put a star to be able to write a review. They don't deserve any star for bad business. Don't trust this place with any of your stuff

Absolutely disgusted with this place. My mom pawned a couple of rings 2 of them being my grandmothers who passed away 4 MONTHS AGO. she payed on them and then 5 days later they put them in the floor and they sell them. if her grace period was over why would you take the payment ? We will never get those rings back that held more than just a money value.

Called looking for a PS4, the guy replies with “we have a PS4 digital for 180”. So I get online and do a bit of research... Sony does not make a digital PS4. This man was about to sell me a broken PS4, which does not read the disks you insert. I’ll never give this store my money, this interaction made me sick. A decent pawn shop would at least be straight up and honest about what I’m buying and what’s wrong with it.

I shop alot a pawn shops.theres allways good deals everywhere..but after yesterday..I supposed at vista pawn..lay swayed me a speaker box..the employee refused to test box..then fallowing day I purchased speaker box and come to find out..speaker was no good.this is the kicker..when layawying the speaker at vista..I had to sell my existing speaker to pay the balance on speaker I was buying from vista..now .and after all this mess..I ended up with nothing to use in my car..so I drove to first national ..and guess what..told my story and guess what..the employee helped me out..and he went above and beyond..I bought a speaker box from him..and a really reasonable price..but on top of it..he took the speaker out of box so we could inspect the speaker for damage and to match the ohms to Mr car..this employee went above and beyond...thank you first national pawn...your the best!....William giltz..

About two weeks After coming here to notify them of my stolen Bike, Dustin went out of his way to alert me that my bike had come through the shop. I cannot appreciate this enough, for the next day my bike was found. Dustin was so nice and really went out of his way to help me just out of the goodness of his heart. I was truly touched by this kindness and I'd like to say this shop really has the best people, And thank you Dustin.

If I could give this place a zero I would. WORST pawn shop. My mother had pawned some rings there she made a payment and 5 days later went to go pick up the rings… the people working said that they put them on the floor and were sold even after my mom made the payment! Those rings belonged to my grandma who had passed 4 months ago… and now we will never get them back. My mom had a 10 day grace period the employee said which she went over… so why take her payment then 5 days ago? She’s out that money, the rings and now the memories. I’m disgusted with this place and employees. Will NEVER return

So I called them twice and both times the gentleman I spoke to hung up on me both times and was extremely rude!!! Because of that they have now lost my business for life!!!!!!

Went in just trying to get rid of some bad ju ju of a ring that was rolling around in my make up drawer. I believe the the young mans name was Josh. 😊 He was very kind and patient. He took the time to count out the diamonds and actually thoroughly look at it instead of just tossing out a number like another pawn store did years ago. I had a number in my head of what I wanted and he exceeded it. I appreciated his kindness and also how clean the store was overall! I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them 10/10! Thank you for your help!

Asked to look at the microphones. Was told they would be right over. Waited 30 minutes while I watched them help EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THE STORE AND NEW ONES THAT WALKED IN. Thanks for letting me know I'll never shop this location again. If you're smart, spend your money somewhere else.

Jeremy assisted me w my situation. The information he gave me made me feel very comfortable. Their policies made things extremely smooth. I went to other pawn shops. They cant hold a candle to 1st National Pawn. It was my 1st time at pawning. I highly recommend to go here. Before anywhere else. Speak w Jeremy. From Shawn.
