I enjoy going to First National Bank in St Peter. They are ever so helpful, professional and at the same time make you feel like family. You don't have to be rich or poor. Their arms are open wide to help you any way. I appreciate my Bank- my extended family.

The online banking is a great service -- so much easier than having to mail in payments every month.

I have banked here for over 40 years and always pleasant and acturate business with First National Bank in St Peter and Mankato.

The people at Saint Peter FNB have been very friendly and helpful. They know me by name and I just moved here.

Limited service options and obscure with policies. No information is readily available on the website regarding your account’s terms and conditions. I opened a checking account 6 years ago and kept the service throughout that time period, but they couldn’t wait to terminate my account after I expressed disagreement to their charging unreasonable fees on top of unreasonable fees. A common answer was “this is out of my control” and brushing off customer concerns. Very disappointing and unreliable.

First National Bank of Minnesota exudes a friendly atmosphere while maintaining a professional vigilance in providing the best handling of your accounts. They do not prescribe to a preset paradigm where there rules are absolutely followed to the detriment of the customer.

In years past, I had really enjoyed working with Wanda, and since she retired, I tried working with a much larger US banking company and found out why I like the personal touch of First National Bank. Mike was able to give me a lot more options and was more competitive than the big US banking company and helped guide and advise me through, saving me thousands of dollars. The most important thing for me was I felt he was doing what was best for me, just like it had been for years there with Wanda. I mainly use the St Peter location and truly enjoy working with Peggy, Brenda and the other customer service folks for day to day banking.

These folks are the best! Always service with a smile and they make sure you are well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Customer since the 90's. I had a purchase dispute with a merchant and called FNB to see my options. Due to the covid issues my timeline for protection had expired. I had an item shipped out for repair and then shipped back to me. Business was closed for a period of time. Well this is out of my control and one would think my bank of 25+ years would offer something more than sorry there's nothing we can do. Another example of profits over customer. FNB has the capability of assessing a situation on a case basis and helping a long standing customer. Sad to say I and my 25+ years of banking mean nothing. Well done FNB Saint Peter!

Bank experience is Great! But people in the drive thru must not like working there. Have tried to get them to smile, but they won't - very unfriendly .
