First National Bank and Trust Bridge St, Roscoe

Over the past couple of weeks I have had the need to visit the bank lobby twice - personal banker and lobby teller. BOTH have been exceptional with their professionalism, yet always helpful and friendly. We have chosen the 'Privilege Plus' personal checking and savings accounts, and the staff there have certainly made it a 'privilege' in handling our banking needs, 'plus' all the other added benefits including 'no fees' and rewards in an inviting atmosphere. We are very happy customers!

I chose FNBT because they are locally owned. When dealing with any issues, I know I’m being taken care of by people who are local, not an 800 number in another state or country.

It was a really nice visit I was really satisfied with how good the workers helped me with what I needed help with.

Fantastic Bank, I'll list off the pro's and cons of the bank below. Pro's: Friendly Bankers (especially Jenny), fast service, patient when you have a lot of questions. A lot of neat features Apple Pay, Reward Debit Cards, Bazing Rewards (This is both a pro and con, good features but sometimes you might end up opting in when you don't even need it) Con's: Hard to reach via phone. Their phone number on the google listing isn't a direct line to the bank itself. The number on their business card is however. Even though they recently went through a system upgrade, their app is relatively outdated and lacking some features. As well as you have to completely restart the app to refresh it. Overall it's a great bank and I highly recommend them.

Great local bank that really cares.

FNB has been my bank for over 10 years. They have bent over backwards for me and I have never been disappointed with any aspect of their banking processes. Friendliest bank I have ever dealt with. Thank you, FNB!

FNB makes my banking easy. I can drop in or drive up to any of their several locations and get the same quick, quality service.

Very professional and friendly. They knew exactly how to do what I needed done.

So we did not bank there and call to see if they did things for Cub Scouts. We have a 8 and 9 year old that are in Cub Scouts. My wife and I are den leaders and needed to take our dens to a bank. They were more than happy to have our two dens of about twenty boys and parents come out and givery them a full tour of the branch. The boys had a great deal of questions and they we all answered. They also bought cookies and to pings for them. We used them to play a game about savings. The boys were given 5 nickels and had to decide what topping to purchase with there money as they were offered. It was amazing to see who the spenders were and who the savers were. Everyone had a great time. I would recommend using them if you would like a personal touch they seemed to know most of there customers many by name.

Wouldn't cash a couple checks written off an account at their bank without coming inside and paying $10.00. Zero customer service skills.
