Chase Bank Main St, Roscoe

Today, I had an appointment with Justin J. Hills to open a checking and savings account at the Roscoe Branch. Justin made the entire process, which has become so technologically overwhelming to an elder as myself, flawless. He not only explained the process of establishing each account step by step, but also took the time to add features associated with both accounts to my Android. His customer service skills are refreshing, in an age where service tends to be lax, to insure I became a satisfied Chase customer. He is an asset to Chase and this Branch.

So we have a cash credit card Chase. Anyways long story short I had two child support checks I needed to cash they are off of chase. She charged me 10.00 a check to cash them because I’m only a authorized user on the card. I have my own credit card. It took over 10 mins to get these two checks cashed it was ridiculous. I called the 800 number they are sending me a 20 dollar refund by check in the mail. I asked for the branch manager and apparently he quit last week! 🤦🏼‍♀️They are extremely rude at this branch!!!

THE EMPLOYEES THEIR ARE VERY RUDE AN PREJUDICE, JUST BECAUSE IM A BLACK YOUNG MAN THAT OWNS A FEW BUSINESS THEY TRIED TO BE VERY SUSPICIOUS LIKE I WAS COMMITTING A CRIME FOR ASKING FOR 20k OUT OF MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT DID EVERYTHING BUT CALL THE POLICE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A BANK EVER.

Well with my moms sudden passing (and I am heartbroken) the are not responding to my legal papers to close her account! I was told by many they are the worst bank to deal with! Maybe why 3.0 out of 5.0 rating!

Worse service. Atm machine is always broke. I went to use atm broke so I went to teller at 5:01 she gave me big excuse sorry we are closed.. Um hello that was rude. She seen me at atm then backed up. It would of taken less time to help me then be rude.

Employees seem to lack training In common banking laws in regards to transferring money.

The banker and clerks were courteous and service was quick and flawless.

Refuses to turn in change lol....told me to roll my own coins and bring back.....smh. rude and ridiculous big surprise.

I have had accounts with JP Morgan Chase Bank since 1980. That's a very long time. I stay with them because they have provided excellent service over the years, both at home and when traveling. I have lived in four cities during that time. Whenever I go into a Chase bank branch, they treat me as a valued family member. When I retired and moved from Chicago to my small home town, Roscoe was nearest branch to me. I was stunned that after just two or three visits, they began greeting me by name. They work hard to accommodate my requests, and have guided me through numerous transitions with my accounts, changing addresses on everything, printing new checks, and so forth. At Holiday time, they accommodate my requests for crisp, new bills for gift giving. The window staff are wonderful, and the personal bankers second to none. This branch has delicious, fresh, free coffee, right inside the door. Next time you are in the market for banking services, try them out! You will not be disappointed!

They run a tight ship at this Chase. Jolly good.
