ATM gives 50's not 20's, two people seated directly in front of doors to greet you and get you moving in the correct direction. My first visit was what sold me on the bank. Banks R banks but this is my favorite I've has.

FNB is a local bank with great staff! Very polite, professional, and accommodating. Branch convenience! Highly recommend!

I've never had a complaint about First National all the decades I've been a customer.

I found the people there to be very friendly and eager to meet my needs. I had an issue I needed help with and they did so promptly in one call. I appreciate that kind of service.

If zero stars or negative stars were available id choose that.. I was paying $521 for a truck payment for 3 years. I attempted to refinance through the bank and they said it was too much of a risk even though I had been making that payment for 3 years and the new payment would be around half of that. The bank would have still made money and it would have helped save me money but these people really don't care. Then I tried to get a small business loan with guaranteed work scoped out and even had the general contractor who I was going to subcontract for offer to talk to the bank to let them know this is a $300,000 a year per crew gig. They took one look at my credit score and said no. This bank will not do anything to try to better its customers but will rake them through the coals if the account gets too low. They have froze my account for getting gas in Dixon Illinois but let someone from the UK wire transfer everything out and made me go through a whole fraud thing then didn't give back the overdraft fee that it caused. If I didn't have so many things connected to this account I would have left a long time ago and I think its about time I did.

I'm pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the employees at First National Bank. Also, I love the fact that there is one three blocks from my house.

Excellent bank. Very qualified staff. Very friendly and always respond to customer needs. I have been with this bank for many years and have never had any problems. Very good bank.
