Horrible online experience and in store experience as well! Customer rep. Ashley needs to work on her professionalism and her tone of voice to the customer especially when the customer was nice as can be! Don't treat your customers like you are way better than them! Rude demeanor Ashley has and change your attitude as well Ashley!! Do not recommend this place at all!!! Save a trip and $$!! Their employees don't deserve your hard working money until they are trained to be better in customer service!!

It's sad to see how rude customers can be to these ladies, simply because they get declined. I been a customer here for the past 8 years and all the ladies that have worked there have been very generous and helpful. Wish the ladies better customers! Have a good day! Keep up the good vibes girls :D

I wouldn't recommend this place Juanita is extremely rude there was a girl Carrie before her the store manager she was amazing I'm sad to see her go. I will be taking my buisness else where I been a customer for 5+ years seems the buisness keeps getting worse and worse. You may want to also think about looking into new management team like a new regional manager cause she's extremely rude as well to her employees and has a attitude problem.

Will bring in another person when they get ready to fire you for no apparent reason! Not great long time job make you drive all over then not pay for repairs if car needs it. Work a few months then quit on them that's what I recommend!!

Let's say the employees you have are rude. They are unsure of simple tasks. I wouldn't recommend this location at all I've been here several times and it seems you have a very high turn over rate from the store manager Khai to Carrie both wonderful ladies now it has gotten worse. These girls have terrible attitudes, unsure how to do a job and not phone friendly. Don't waste your time going here. I won't again.

Wouldn't even give this place one star! Khai "the store manager" thinks she's better than you, talks down to people, cannot get anything done in a timely manor, and is just overall very rude! I would never talk to or treat any of my customers the way Khai does!
