First National Bank Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville

Some of the laziest tellers I've ever seen. They look and work like they're brain-dead or something. It took me forever to deposit the money. The teller girl kept making mistakes and taking forever to deposit it. Worst experience ever. It took me more than an hour to deposit that money.

Not very business friendly! Trying to work with these people is an exercise in futility. They either flat out refuse to help or they give you an attitude about doing their job. Most of the staff at this location should be fired and never work with the public again.

I stopped at this location today and the ATM was not able to do deposits. I went inside and waited every bit of 30 minutes for 3 people ahead of me to be helped only to get up to the counter and have the teller ask me if I could step over to the other teller for assistance! My time is just as valuble as the any other customer so never again will I deal with this bank!

I withdrew 60 dollars from my account to get my makeup done and nails for my engagement pictures. I get a call from this branch 10 days later stating that I did not have the money at the time(which I did) and they had to withdraw another 60 dollars from my account. I try to avoid this location as best I can.

Very very Uneducated people work there I make mistake dealing with you guys

I wish I could give it a lower rating than 1 star. They're absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. They literally take forever to do even the easiest of task. The tellers working there don't really know what they're doing and so they keep on making mistakes and taking forever to fix them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do any banking with them. This branch needs some serious staff changes.

There is a severe shortage of training for the staff at the location. There is a lack of communication skills and failure of following the proper bank procedure. No politeness or acknowledgment of faults either. Really disappointed and if it weren't for the FNB branch closed in Ellicott City, I would've never went there.

Inside they do the basics but that's all they know. I ask them questions about what I should do to pay for my landlord but only got a dumb look. They take a long while to respond when doing drive-through. Inam sure they are genuine people but the system is 20 years behind. They need dedicated workers for certain jobs instead of multi role for un trained

This bank honored a check written to a vendor but deposited in someone else's account without so much as an endorsement. They are refusing to admit the error and will not refund the customers account. Do you want to do business with a bank like this??
