My husband and I did a loan and it took 2yrs to pay back but we had no problems. Its just simple like any other bill, pay on time and if you got it a little extra and you will be fine. No problem what so ever. Helped my credit score too. I recommend them if you are a person who pays your bills on time.

Horribly run company. Horribly disorganized. Don’t use this company! There’s been multiple payments I’ve sent that don’t clear by the due date so I call to find out what’s going on and they say they never received them then suddenly a couple hours later they call and say the just got them. Yeah right! You misplaced them or lost them! It also doesn’t help they send out their payment notices 1 week before they’re due. 1 week?! You have to be kidding me. That gives me 2 days to get it in the mail. So stupid. Not to mention I didn’t even receive my first payment notice on my loan so I had to call and make a payment over the phone because I knew I should’ve received but hadn’t. They’re a joke, don’t use this company.

Do not get a loan with this place, I promise you will regret it. They have a 2 star rating for a reason. Branch manager can't even answer simple questions.

We needed a quick response due to emergency situation Ayonna Doanne was especially professional in every way, very helpful showed empathy and considerate . She was especially professional in her manner. She was so understanding . We highly rate her A+...thank you so very much you helped us alot.

Payed off Loan and was told 2 months later I had a unpaid Balance of 121.63. Not only did it put a ding of my credit but they refused to remove as I paid faithfully 10,300.00 on a personal loan very very unhappy .It's ridiculous

I guess my first review was deleted? But she asked if I owned any computers and what brand they were. I hung up, she called back 5 times and left 2 voice messages. I understand some questions need to be asked. But about what's in my house??

Called for some basic information, talked to Michael, he was very short with answering questions, was not pleasant, not helpful (in my opinion) when you call places like this there are questions that need to be answered, who wants to feel like they are being a bother, I'm sure you would get something out of the deal when the loan goes through, shesh!!!! This profession I think customer service and patience is everything.

During the holidays my family looked to settle two bad loans for an aging great grandmother. Mariner Financial on Security Blvd was polite, responsive and aided in a quick resolution. I highly recommend them. However, this branch of Lendmark did not bend, yield or show any compassion whatsover. To be in the customer service business, they did little to show any appreciation of their "customer" and their relationship skills are HORRIBLE. You might get approved quickly so they get you hooked -- but they treat you like a second class citizen after. Avoid this place on Baltimore National Pike like the plague.

Nice group of people. I've had two loans with them and even though the rate is higher than my credit union, they were able to approve me for both quickly. I don't have stellar credit but it's ok and they were there when I needed them for a loan or two :-)

Jake is the man! Very friendly and polite, explains everything you need to know and walks you through you paperwork to help you understand everything. I was in a jam and he made exactly what I need happen for me:-)!!
