Do not use this title company!! We refinanced our home. They were to pay off some bills and we had cash coming back. The dates they were to transfer money didn't happen. Multiple calls to the mortgage broker with her calling Montana Title and then multiple calls and emails from us were not returned. We finally had to physically go there to retrieve our own checks. Don't use this title company!
