Beware of this pawn shop whos management wants to charge retail prices for their second hand junk. Also they cable tie incomplete product cases closed which are missing parts! Don't waste your time at this store!!! Butte has other reputable pawn shops on Harrison Ave.

I am to say, probably the best pawnshop in butte! They have anything from a wide selection of electronics. To Pellet Guns and real Guns. The staff is extremely helpful, patient and kind. Exactly what I like to see keep it up! -Chase Cleveland

Good prices and a ton of cool stuff

Came in all the way from Missoula to do business with this shop. Not knowing what to expect, I was anxious about the whole situation. Jesse, the guy at the counter was more than helpful, very friendly and sensible. He made me feel we were old friends. He turned a bad situation into a good one. By doing so, I spent some cash and The prices were great and the help was top notch. Jesse deserves a raise and really knows the value of friendly, efficient service. I'm now a customer for life!

Great place for gun pawns and great place to store you stuff while adding a few $ in your pocket . The owner and employees are very helpful and very nice people to work with . 10 + years and they have been able to help me when I am in a bind . Thanks Northwest Pawn - Thanks Travis

Customer service skills are important to all people in pawn shop.Being sarcastic on DVD prices is puzzling.

The people are very nice and helpful but they allowed someone who didnt have my permission to pick up items and I just got told I lost them and that they are not apologizing or paying for the items so here I am again I got taken advantage of and the criminal got away with it as well as the pawn shop if they make it right I would recommend them but now I feel so violated I cant I just moved to Butte and I don't appreciate the cold welcome

So I rarely shop at this store. However, because of my experience today I will be coming back. The service was quick and professional. The gentleman I worked with was incredible! They had exactly what I needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

A few months ago I wanted to purchase a ford van, silver, from National Pawn. I talked to Jt who told me they would hold it until I came up with the down until my SS CHECK CAME IN ON THE 3rd of the month. I also a few days later talked to Jack and let him know I was waiting in the check. He told me that he wanted to buy it just for the engine but didn’t have the money to do so. I told him I was glad I had made a deal first as I was in need of a vehicle I could camp and travel in as I am disabled and needed access to outlets for a concentrator and BIPAP and that this van would be perfect. So the money came and I went down to pay 1/4 down as we had agreed and was told by Jack that someone had already bought it even though they had agreed to hold it for me. Nothing was mentioned about it being first come first serve but I was told by both men they would hold it for me. I have been a longtime customer of theirs for years. Always deemed my pawns or sold to them. I am still going there but I have lost complete trust in their honesty and in their word, no honor. So as far as rating a review I would give them👇🏿👎. Ps. I believe Jack bought the van himself as he seemed shocked when I showed him the price on a tag written for me by JT and he said,”if I knew it was that cheap I’d buy it myself”! HMMM. MAYBE HE DID!! Anyway I will get my last pawns out next month and find another place to go as I’m sure they won’t rectify the siruation and even said so👎👎👎

I stood in there for 15-20 minutes, got offered help, to which I said I needed because the item I wanted was in a locked case, and never received it. But people who were just walking through the door got help with whatever they needed right away. They don’t have good customer service. If you have hours to waste, go ahead, but if you have somewhere to be, try Mountain Man instead.
