Just a shout out to the great team of people that work in the Coral Springs office. It's always a pleasure to work with First Int'l Title, and I can always count on their professionalism to make sure that every transaction is as smooth as possible. They're always available to answer any questions that myself or my clients may have, and I must give a special shout out to Jean Thomas for her outstanding customer service.

The most disorganised title company. I asked so many time when closing day. On my way to their office it’s one hour to drive for me, they told me to come to sign documents with notary. I came to sign documents and figured out that it’s a closing. I wasn’t ready for this. I could not wire money. I went home another hour to drive and they called me that I need to go back because their notary made a move mistake and told me to put wrong dates. Horrible, horrible title. Would not recommend anyone. You need to be on a top of everything if you want to work with them.

I have been working with First International title for last 7/8 years. I had good and bed experience before but recently I had amazing experience starting with Ms.Jean and finished with Ms. Lucy, I just close a deal today 6.30pm which I thought I will not able to close today as we got CD from lender 2.31pm but with Ms. Jean and Ms Lucy’S cooperation we made it happen. Thanks to Ms Jean and Ms Lucy and their team for their hard work and dedication. Keep up the good. Thanks again to everyone.
