I highly recommend NOT using Bluecastle. They have horrible communication skills, follow through and will provide you with false information. I was initially told that the closing would occur within 30days and because of the lack of professionalism from the Bluecastle representatives it took 10 1/2 weeks and 6 contract extensions to complete, They told my agent and I that they had verified funds for a buyer but in actuality they had not, Save yourself the stress and aggravation... find a different lending company.

I can't say enough great things about Blue castle lending. They made the entire process of buying my first home easy and without no drama. Starting From My realitor Luis to Maria my loan officer the whole team helped me with the whole proccess they, were respectful and took great pride in their work AND NO BS, which is rare to see now in days. After consulting with a few friends and family members about what was there out of pocket cost, I was glad and great full to say that with Blue Castle Lending I was able to purchase my home with only 50% less out of pocket. In one phrase "THEY ARE GREAT"!!! I was looking for a conventional bank that would make it possible for us to buy our house since we didn't have a huge down payment and no money for closing costs. I've had a great experience working with and for Bluecastle Lending. The process for a homebuyer is very clear and simple. Being able to work out a loan, connect with a realtor and have a title company ALL IN ONE is AWESOME!! Much less back and forth and miscommunication since everything is in one spot, very courteous and professional staff with fast communication and the credit for closing costs helps a TON with being able to buy a home. Great system from the start to the finish. Its a one stop shop system. I was lucky enough to have Doug Mulford as my realtor besides him making the process as easy and understanding as possible. Got much respect for the man, super cool person to talk to on many levels outside of the home buying process.
