Silene was very quick to respond to the sellers in reference to my escrow deposit an was able to place the deal together in time. My issue with Casalina Group was customer service and communication between myself, my realtor, etc. I don't believe it was Casalina's fault that I suffered a loss with my escrow deposit. I believe it was both side's realtors. If I left one star, it was purely on Casalina's customer service and that alone.
