I rarely leave reviews unless I have exceptional service. Michelle C. Was delightful, quick and very helpful when helping me set up a new account. I was in and out in 30 minutes. She explained everything in easy to understand terms and was very helpful in answering all questions. She exemplifies what customer service is all about.

Went through the drive thru and Tyler was very friendly. Made the transaction quickly and sent us on our way in very little time, all while sounding happy and being courteous. Thanks Tyler!

This is the worst bank in the State of New Mexico Do Not Use! I have been a member since 2011 my car failed and I needed a loan which your bank should be there to help you with denies me. If you want a bank that cares for its members This is Not the One.

I needed to open up a checking account and arrived close to 6:00, understanding that it was almost closing time. The teller was fairly rude about telling me that I'd have to come back because they didn't have time to help me. I work too and got there as soon as I could. Unfortunately, I have a new car loan with this institution so I will have to do business with them, however, I won't be utilizing any of their additional services. Very poor customer service.

Tyler was very helpful and kind. He is the first person that had ever greeted me when I drive up, usually they don't say anything until I sent something . Way to go Tyler , bringing back good customer service .

I’ve always had a great experience at FFCU inside or even through the drive-thru. Michelle helped me at the drive thru first thing on a Monday morning. She was super sweet and very helpful.

Called the customer service line to open a new account for a check made out to my mom's estate and was told what paperwork to bring. Went into branch and met with customer service. He was very rude. Sat for 10 minutes while he went through computer without speaking a word to me. Then was told 20 minutes later I couldn't open account without a tax id number. Would have been helpful to k ow that before I came and wasyed half an hour for nothing.

Nice place. They are going through a remodel right now so the lobby is not accessible. They helped us with a cashiers check from an out of state sister credit union.

Good Morning, I revised my review after getting in touch with the mortgage group. I was able to connect with the manager and will update again after. So far things are going really well with the HLOC.
