First Financial Bank E 56th St, Indianapolis

There are nice people that work at this branch. But my concern is the drive thru is not designed well at all. I drive an SUV and find it virtually impossible to make the 90 degree turn into it without hitting my tires on the curbing while trying to avoid the big posts in place on each side. I am a safe and careful driver, but this layout is ridiculous.

Went to this bank minutes ago trying to figure out why they close my account due to fraud 3 months ago. The gentleman pulled my acct up and said there is a note not to reopen the acct so he gave me the fraud department number.. called the department they told me a need to verify the acct with the account number I told them it's been so long I dont have it so i step back in the bank and told the gentleman he said there nothing he can do i wont be able to use first Financial bank again and told me merry Christmas.. how lazy was this guy he didnt even try to help or talk to the fraud department..

Hours are not correct, lobby is closed and locked at noon. Person at desk refused to walk over and say anything.

Nothing like rushing to the bank to cash a check and getting there to find they closed early. I work a 9-5 job so I had to leave work early just to get to this branch and find the doors were locked. Not a good first impression of this branch. I wont go back. Next time I will go 20 mins in the wrong direction just to avoid them.

Rude, horrible service, long wait time. Doors were locked because of the neighborhood. Tellers expected me to wait outside until they decided to open the doors. There are too many financial centers to be bothered with this particular bank.

The people are awesome. They go the extra mile to help with any problems or concerns. They have always been courteous and so very helpful. I enjoy going there.

Great bank! Been with them for 2 years.
