Huntington Bank Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis

Never in my life have I been into a bank where they don’t greet you as you come through the door with two bank tellers on the phones answer calls and drive through orders before the 10 people standing in line just staring at them!! This is the most unprofessional bank I’ve ever been to!

Worst location/bank Simple deposit takes a minimum of 30 minutes. The app is broken all the time. Save your time and just go to the next closest location. Which will be quicker

This bank is no good the waiting times are crazy even when there’s not a lot of cars trust me your better off going to another bank this bank doesn’t care about how long you have to wait they only have the drive thru open which is ridiculous

I love coming in this bank to cash my check.The fee isn’t that much and I always seem to get Somer and she laughs and jokes with me, puts a smile on face every time. I will be opening my account here soon.

Waited In line for 20 minutes today for the teller to refuse service. She told me they closed at noon. Website says open till 2 on Saturdays, I was the last one in line, she could have helped me but simply chose not to. Example of the difference between an employee and an associate who cares. ATM also rarely works. I have been with Huntington with several accounts for over 10 years and thinking about leaving based on this branch alone. Although this location is closest we have to travel several miles to get better service. Just because the area is not the greatest does not mean that the service should be less than superior.

Worse of the worse!!!!! I just don't understand how this place is still running after reading all the bad reviews. Location is very convenient for me but the wait is ridiculous!!! Doesn't matter what time of the day or how many people in front of you, they take their sweet time every time!!!!

Maybe due to the stigmatized location, on the East side but the trash all around the building front and back is ridiculous. The building looks like anyday now it will be a trap house with the paint chipping, the lights are dim, and the shutter hanging off the wall. Must we add how busy Pendleton Pike is and there's ONE atm at this site. Whoever the Regional Director is, if you didn't want the area then step down and give this area to someone who wants to see this area do better. We understand the difference in zipcodes and the care given to those not so stigmatized areas. You would never even catch a doublemint gum wrapper on the ground. Yes, the community has to do our part as well, but this is pertaining to YOU today.This is a slap in the face to the ENTIRE COMMUNITY! If you want us all to protest and choose another bank then just say that. If you are about to lock up and close down, then do it with some class and CLEAN IT UP ON YOUR WAY OUT! Sincerely, Sick and Tired !

Never have I ever been to a bank with a hometown feel and a bank manager that feels like one of your childhood friends. From opening my account to Purchasing my car, Somer(I hope I spelled it right) has been super helpful. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and pointed me in the right direction. I also love how she manages her staff, she is mild tempered and extremely supportive. I often come to the bank just to say hey! I love it here!!! Send a your friends and family to open an account! Move fast, not slow! Huge shout out to Somer... or Summer! If you see this! Hey now! ❤️

My banker Steven was great! Explained in detail what I needed to know and was supper nice and listened to my questions and concerns.

THE NEW AFRICAN GIRL NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCK!! I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN UNTILL SHE IS GONE!! I WOULD RATHER DRIVE 17 MILES OUT MY WAY BEFORE I GO IN THERE AGAIN!! AND ITS NOT BEING RACIST BECAUSE IM BLK!!!
