First Financial Bank Sw Wilshire Blvd, Burleson

Had fraudulent charge on my card for $500, they will not do anything to help me . I’ve been with this bank for several years, and this is how they treat you! The women that work at this branch are the worst ! Take you money elsewhere! I’m pulling my money asap !

This is the worst branch I have ever dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would. It does not surprise me that this bank has such a low rating already. This branch and the management here does NOT have their customers’ best interest in mind. I want to change banks just because of this branch alone. If you don’t already have a bank account with them, I’d recommend you NOT get one with them. Especially with this specific location. There are way better banks than this one.

I have banked here for going on 20 years. I love the availability of this bank and the bankers. I really like going in and people knowing who you are. I like the remote deposit and the banking app. I like the fact that they are open until 6:00 pm each day. And I like the fact that they will work with you if there is a problem. This bank has been great and served the needs of my family for several years.

They offer instant check deposits at the atm, but they don’t tell you that your check is subject to be put on hold for 7 days at random and they can’t do anything about it until someone takes your check out of the atm, which doesn’t happen very often. The manager was absolutely horrific. She was rude and had a very poor attitude and basically said “‘maybe you should have waited and deposited it normally instead of using the atm.” Maybe don’t provide a service that doesn’t actually work. Needless to say, I will be withdrawing all accounts as soon as this check clears.

I have closing at 8am one hour away from the nearest bank, I called and asked if i could purchase a cashiers check through the drive through and i was told that yes i would be able to buy an 8000 dollars cashiers check since it was in my account, I would have requested to get off early from my work if i would have been told it needed to be done in the lobby, So i explained all this to the teller spoke to a supervisor at there home office and was told we are sorry we gave you miss leading information, However we still cant sale you a cashiers check, Now i will have to move closing and pay any fees i might a because it was already scheduled... This is very upsetting.....

Been there over 20 years. Customer service is not what it was, not very helpful, when you need help expect to wait a long time in the lobby or on the phone. Really need to revamp there service.

I have banked here for 2 years and was surprised to see the negative reviews. I have always received excellent service in person, on the phone and online. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait for long for assistance. It is very conveniently located with ample parking and easy access. The drive through has three lanes and an ATM.

When a manager sitting behind her desk & absolutely refuses to come into lobby & speak to a customer of 26 years is quite, incredibly ignorant. I had one simple question. Needless to say, I pulled 3 accounts, loans & safety deposit boxes. Ridgeway location. N Main location female loan Officer, also is very untruthful, really close to illegal. Her fate is yet to come. And yes I took it all the way to Regional Bank. They were very shocked & also very accommodating. Just not enough to satisfy those managers actions and refusal to meet a customer with a simple question. SHAME ON YOU BOTH

You would think that y'all would return some one license back to them but then again when a bunch of women cackling I can see why y'all forgot

Bank has gotten better over the years! Management needs a little work but very nice people
