Chase Bank Nw John Jones Dr, Burleson

I've been using this branch for some years now and have never had a problem. They are always polite and friendly to me. The manager will even jump in and try to help if needed. Hell, I've even gotten a compliment on my sweater from one of the tellers. These people are just out there, at a job, trying to be as nice as possible to all of the jerks they probably see day in and day out. I know they've seen a few because I've seen them myself while waiting in line. Maybe it's not the staff that are the problem, eh?

Came in on a Saturday to have my sister added on my checking account and the front desk receptionist said that the one and only lady that can help me was atleast 2 weeks booked out and that I would have to wait and schedule and appointment. That is ridiculous! No other bank in Burleson is like that. Hire more people! . Why is there only one person in the whole bank that can open up accounts. We were even told over the phone all we had to do was go to the front counter and show identification. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This branch never answers its phone. When you walk in Bankers ignore you. On top of all of that Chase itself assists vendors in stealing money from Chase clients via a broken claims process.

I would like to give them five stars especially since I don't know how the workers are and never go inside I just need to use the ATM. This ATM is never in proper working order never never it's annoying and frankly for the past year that I've lived here is really sucked. Get it together Chase it's only an ATM machine surely you can get it fixed

Chase bank is beyond friendly. The employees will go out of their way to be helpful. I would recommend chase bank to anyone who is looking for a bank. This location has several atms, personal and commercial drive throughs, and bankers that can help you with any loan that chase offers.

Horrendous bank, never answers the phone, always hold my deposits, probably the worst banking experience ive ever had, strongly recommended not to come here, was so bad it made me leave a review smh

Went in today to open a savings account for my daughter, told we needed an appointment, ok I understand they're short staffed. Was told we could do it online and we decided to go that route. While we were there I asked about getting a debit card for me for her account, told no problem they could do that. Instead they canceled her card and issued her another one. Now we can't access her money until the new card comes in..... it happened to another gentleman last week because he was in front of us complaining they canceled his card instead of issuing a new one because his was about to expire. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!

People tend to leave bad reviews before they would a good one so I'm leaving a good one because they deserve it. Got my business taken care of quickly and even with excellent customer service. This was even during the lunch rush. Great job, Chase!

Jasmine was very helpful and patient with my transaction, I've used that bank for awhile and will continue to use it. Thank you
