Everyone has been friendly at this location. Had an issue opening an account but Jacqueline Prado the Assistant Manager took care of it and made sure it got resolved and was great to work with!

I went today to get added to my husband’s account. It was busy like any Friday. The lady that was helping us set the account was super nice and friendly but there was another lady name Jacqueline Prada who is the assistant branch manager there that was super rude. She keep asking the lady helping us if she was done any chance that she got she keep reminding the lady that it was busy. Keep making comments on how late they will be getting out. Making it seem that we were not important. We had several things we wanted to get done. One of them was to see if we could refinance our car but that was not possible because she keep telling her to hurry up. Super rude and disrespectful to us. I am having seconds thoughts on making this bank our primary account or even refinancing our vehicle if the customer is not a priority. Going tomorrow to close my account with them and they better not charge me the 25 dollar fee they charge because due to there poor customer service I am closing my account.

I went in there today and the tellers are super rude. No smiles , rolling eyes and just bad attitudes. I won’t be coming back to this one. The Crowley bank has super nice people there. Thinking about moving my bank elsewhere.

They always give so much grief over cashing ur own check and some of them are kinda rude!
