What can I say about Janice, she is great. I had issues getting a place I sold my pickup at to send the payoff for a loan I had at One Main. I needed this done so I could get another loan with One Main. Janice was tireless in working on this and finally they did get the payoff. She expedited the new loan because she knew I needed it. Yesterday it came to my attention that $480+ was taken out of my account that was for another member of One Main. Long story short, the first lady I spoke with had attitude and pushed me off on customer service who tried but could not help and I thought I was going to have a real issue getting my money back plus the fees for overdrawing my account. I finally talked to the manager Erin, who went above and beyond and within an hour after sending her the documentation she needed had me a check for the amount taken and the fees and even offered to bring them to me. I am very thankful for people who still take responsibility and do the right thing.

Really awesome people work here. I went in to finalize a loan with my 18month old daughter and from the moment I walked in, everyone was very pleasant. They were very accommodating and even helped watch my daughter as I was signing papers. There was other kids there and they were just as nice with them. Very friendly place and of course the business side of my visit went very smoothly. They know what they are doing and even offered very good credit advice. Highly recommended!

Janice does an excellent job explaining the loan and is very personable! She's handled my loans on two occasions and has been WONDERFUL!!

The process was quick and easy, but the interest rate was disappointing. However, they gave me what I needed and made it work with what I had for collateral.

JANICE IS GREAT! I have been looking at doing a consolidation for quite some time now and gave One Main a call. Janice took all of my information and let me know what I was approved for and told me what to bring in. I was able to walk into the store and have everything done in about 20 minutes. Now I have just paid off my last 4 credit cards and saved myself a ton of interest! I cannot say how happy I am to be able to do this and Janice helped me! Now every month I have the payment to One Main drafted out of my account and I do not have to worry about going to 4 different websites to make payments on cards that I pay way too much on! Plus they report to the credit! New house next year here I come!

I will never borrow money from them again!! Their employees apparently don't know their jobs. I called to get the balance on my loan, specifically asked about the interest adding up, and was told that it would NOT, until my next billing cycle. That was on a Friday...on the following Tuesday, I called once more before I submitted my final payment, and the interest had been bearing everyday, and now my balance was more. I was very upset, considering that was the whole point of my call on the previous Friday. The manager proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he could do to make right the mistake his employee made, but he would be sure to sit down and visit with her. STEER CLEAR of this place, they will take you for every dime they can!

This place is a joke, they tell you that you are pre approved for a certain amount, put a ding on your credit report and then offer you a fraction of the amount that they claim you are pre approved for. They wasted my time and insulted me with the proposal that they came back with, then they have the nerve to say "We don't Lend that much" well why in the hell did you offer it to me to begin with. Bait and switch.

THE WORST. I borrowed $1300, paid $67 per month for 7 months and then paid off the loan in full. I still owed the amount I borrowed. $1300. Never again.
