Friendly and fast. These ladies are so helpful and personable. I've banked with FFB for many years and love the smaller branches most because of their personable atmospheres. Wendy, Dowling Park's Branch Manager, is my personal go-to for any major questions or happenings with personal and business accounts. She's very knowledgeable and, when required, points me in the appropriate direction for answers/solutions. Very very nice staff. Nice for a bank to be in a very remote location. This is a PRIVATE owned bank that is there to make money using your money. That’s what banks do. Don’t expect it to be a credit union, online bank etc. Recommended

I absolutely love this bank!! The ladies at the Dowling Park branch go above and beyond to make sure each customer is taken care of. Also a shout out to the ladies at the main branch in Live Oak they are awesome too.
