TD Bank Ohio Ave S, Live Oak

You would be better off with an online bank account. Td is 1 of the worst banks I've ever used. They do not care about customers enough to help with anything in anyway. Terrible bank!

The manager John and his staff are exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me and my family out! I would highly recommend this Bank to anyone wanting fantastic customer service!

If I could put 0 I would, said they sided with me when my card was hacked and a business took money when I didnt sign up for it and they refunded it. Today a week before my birthday money is missing, I have TD bank alerts and it didnt alert me for one and two I had papers of them saying i won. But then I have money missing from said dispute. Will never bank here again

This bank would get a 0 if allowed Denise the teller was the RUDEST I ever heard I was going to open a checking account and she told me she did not have time and told me to go online REALLY WOW I really wonder how much business you lost over this.. it's sad because we really were looking for a good bank as much money as we both make working at power nuke house. I PRAY YOU GET BETTER TRAINING THERE..

What's not to like about a bank there's a safe place to deposit your money an earn interest while it sits there. It don't get any better then that. Lol!

We have been banking here for over 25 years! This bank has had name changes, but what hasn't changed is the friendly, small town charm. The tellers are just as friendly to you, as you are to them! There have been times when they are busy, like any bank. They will make time for you, if you have patience. In the past, I've banked at bigger banks, where I thought they were going to ask for fingerprints, just to make a withdrawal from my account! Keep it simple, keep it friendly and efficient! You're doing a great job! 😊

Went in the bank needing help with some online banking issues and updating my account..spoke with Ms. Poulin who was helpful in resolving my issues very polite, courteous kind and knowledgeable..

This is the most friendly we'll run bank I have ever done business with.I honestly look forward to going to the bank on the first of every month to do business it is truly a pleasure.They have a great team of employees and management at the Live Oak Branch.
