First Convenience Bank Retail Rd, Dallas

This is the worst branch I have ever been too. If it was up to me I’ll close it down completely. It’s always a line the workers work at the slowest pace possible and I think they do it because they don’t like to work so they work very slowly so customers will leave. Every time I come I have to wait at least 30 minutes every time to be seen. This is by far the worst branch they have . Corporate need to shut this branch down since the employees are so slow and it’s pathetic how this branch is ran. Everyone that works here does not know what they are doing and someone with a higher position need to see what this is all about. These are the people running this fiscal.

Been with bank for about 7 years and finally had enough. Two weeks before my debit card expired I called the bank to make sure they only sent one copy of my new debit card. A week later what do you know I got two. But the best part was, when I called they told me which one to activate, but THE MAIL WAS OPEN ALREADY. So of course I ordered a new card. This meant I would not have access to money, but the customer service line told me that I could temporarily use my expired card only for debit transactions, but I'd have to wait until the card expired and call in. So after it expires I called again and they said there's no way to use that card after all. Great service lol.

I have nothing but good to say about this bank. They know me when I come in and always give me a lian..even when I know my credits not the best..they rate me on my activity with them which is a Godaend!! Thank you guys for always being there when I needed your loan departmwnt!!!

the actual bank service is decent or even good sometimes. while the phone service is littered with useless jerks and technical difficulty. this is the perfect bank to goto if you hate money or having free time.

My wife and I were already in the process of leaving this glorified check cashing joint they call a bank when they got rid of 24 hr phone support.... leaving my wife stranded with a disabled debit card. Fast forward to today...I went to this branch and withdrew from the ATM for our casino trip. The branch manager happened to be working the teller line. She refused to exchange for big bills. I was flabbergasted when she told me to go to the Kroger courtesy counter. I can't wait for my new bank's debit cards to arrive so we can be done with this unprofessional institution.

I checked to see if my stimulus check arrived at my old bank account, I wasn't sure if I had closed it or not. The teller ASSURES ME they have the stimulus check of $600 and that I would have to open a new bank account to recieve it. Here I am 2 weeks later, they called that I won't be receiving the $600 stimulus check and that I would pay $25 to close down the account or risk monthly maintenance fees. My DD is at Wells Fargo and debit card transactions. The whole point of opening this account was to recieve the $600, now I'm being charged fees.

Tellers are always helpful and friendly.

I love how they recognized me whenever I come in which is often, they're very friendly, very helpful and always have what appears to be a smile behind the mask but you can tell by their eyes, love this location was at a branch previously in Greenville hated it closed my account and reopen went out here and I just

I want to put out there the name of MICHAEL COSTELLO !! Branch manager, I care giving person, nice and with good relations with the Latino community always taking care of us, WHY DOES HE NEEDS TO BE MOVED AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION WHY ?? 😔😔
