Capital One Bank Retail Rd, Dallas

I’m generally one that gives good reviews, but in the year that I’ve been using this location, I haven’t really been that impressed. The employees have always been quite nice and professional, I will give them that, however the inconsistency of their hours has been an issue. One day they’ll be open at a particular time, and then closed at that same time another day, all during supposed business hours. There were multiple occasions where I needed to get to the bank as soon as possible only to find out that they were closed. Sometimes it was just lobby and I had to go through the drive-through which is a mild inconvenience, but at least I could get done what I needed to get done. But other times, the bank was completely closed and that is just a major inconvenience for anyone. More than once I had to fight northwest highway traffic over to their other location east of 635. As I stated, I normally give good reviews and look for the positive in every facility I encounter, and will generally not give a poor review after one incident. But this location really needs to pull it together. On a lighter note, I’ve been with Capital One’s online services for many years and have had good success with them. So this seems to be an isolated issue at this particular location regarding Capital One. ..

This is the WORST BANK I have EVER been to ! I went there yesterday and a woman was standing at the front door TURNING CUSTOMERS AWAY because she said they were " CLOSED FOR LUNCH". The entire bank including the drive through was closed so everyone could go to lunch ! So I went to the New Lovers Lane location and they were closed also AND will be closed PERMANENTLY on April 28th. ...This bank will be out of business soon so I'm moving ALL my accounts immediately.....

More than 10 min wait in this drive thru there’s two employees and one drive thru idk what taking so long

The closest Capital One branch near me off Forest Ln was closed down for some reason. It was literally down the street from where I lived. I was so heart broken by this. Their staff was way better then this location's that is now listed as the closest one to me now. The drive is farther as well. I have never been inside. I have only been to the window. The wait time is pretty long if you need customer service assistance at the window. Some tellers are friendly, but others look at you like they're highly suspicious of you. If I have all the info that proves I am a customer what's with the long stare?! I am a hard working citizen with no criminal background that works her butt off to earn every cent. Some of their teller's really need to work on facial expressions. I would also advise diversity meetings for this location ASAP. I gave this location 3 stars because it's the closest to me, and I love the Cap1 brand. I have been a member for years, but this location deserves 1 star. I wish they would just put an ATM in my neighborhood. Chase and Bank of America ATM's is all I see around here now. Very disappointing.

I love Capital One hands down; especially after living through my 'hells Fargo' nightmare. Not a branch close to me, but I have had to go to this one and the teller was very professional and nice. They really get that banking should not take up all of your time. I never have a problem with them.

I was at this location today. I was greeted by the teller right away. I got in and out in maybe mins. This was around 330pm also so i would think it was be some what busy at this location. The teller was very nice and i will be back to this location for future banking needs.

My first time using this location; since it is not the closest to my residence or normal route. It was the most convenient to an appointment. I was immediately greeted by an employee; who cheerfully and ably assisted me. Another was waiting to greet the next customer, and one was helping a previous customer at the "window". There was a steady flow of customers, in and out; all apparently treated with the same courtesy and attention I received. I would definitely recommend this branch for its service and friendliness.

Door's always locked!!!!! Never Open????????why????????? Doors always locked you dont like customers or doing your job! I think both!!!!!!

Lacretia is always so sweet and helpful! Everyone at this branch is great but today she went above and beyond to help even the smallest error that I had made towards my account. Great customer service!

Only one banker, how cheap. You have to wait 40 - 55 min for someone to talk to. Update 3/2/2019 Either they don't care about customers at all or can't afford to hire 1 or 2 cashiers just for Saturdays. You have to beg for your own money
