It's very unfair the way how over there trying to deal with a constant customer, selling the stuff so expensive and they want to give you 10 for some BEATS Studio headphones of around $150 in good condition, that's the first one, then 5 dollars for some JBL LIVE PRO headphones Bluetooth, they have lack of consideration... and just the new guys, they're so slowly 🐌 and so terribly, nothing of consideration for the customer service...

They be low balling to much at this location for stuff u bring but charge unbelievable high prices on the stuff they I advise no one to try this location

I have made lots of purchases here. Only one bad experience. There was a fan that was priced to sell. It was a nice size and I was interested in purchasing so I started to check the settings by turning the control button. Needless to say the black chick, oh yeah, I'm black too not a racist 😂, that works there starts telling one of her co-workers that I was PISSING HER OFF by messing with the fan. Some people are NOT smart so they run there mouths WITHOUT thinking about WHO is listening! This was her LUCKY DAY! MY SON HEARD HER and told me what she said. So another lady that worked there came to help me. By now I'm standing at the counter about four feet away from Miss Mouth Almighty how was LUCKY, once again, to have a customer at that time! I say to the lady "That fan is for sale right?!"..."Yes ma'am.".."And being that I AM a consumer I DO have the right to check the settings?!"...."Yes ma'am. "..."Okay well can you please enlighten FISHFACE over THERE so that she won't get PISSED OFF when CONSUMERS CHECK THE SETTINGS ON THE FAN CUZ THEY CAN!" SHE COULD HAVE PASSED OUT!! OTHERWISE this place IS GREAT and I love these guys!!---Constance!

I strongly suggest if you value your money, do not spend it here. I have been a customer here since 2002. You would think if you do business with a company for so long, you would build a business relationship. Not with this First Cash Pawn, after our business is complete I will no longer visit this store. I would rather spend,borrow or trade with a company that values customer service.

Guy was nice. I was in and out in a few minutes. Sold some items. Got less than I wanted but it is expected when dealing with pawn shops.

Poor customer service. They have no wiggle days for layaway, they take 30% of your cash.

Tried to sell some good rings and they really couldn’t do nothing about it, hate this place for the beginning🤬🤬

Complete waist of time every time i come. If I could rate any less I would. They tried tp give me $20 for a $400 camera. I will take my business where i know they are good tp there customers, I felt disrespected both times I came.

I was pleased with the service i received here. The employees are really nice! I needed another tv and was assisted by a gentlemen about 22 years old . He sold me a LG 40" tv at a great price. Great customer service !

I love this location they're friendly and always help when I need it thank you.
