Cash Store Skillman St, Dallas

I would not recommend this place at all. If you close at 3:00pm on Saturdays then your doors should not be locked at 2:30pm and you should most definitely not tell someone to come back on Monday because it takes 30 minutes to process and you want to go home. Find a new career choice if you don't like the one you've chosen!!! The African American women w/the crown braid in her hair needs to be fired!!!!

Went in the store to get a loan in Dallas Texas on Samuel and Buckner behind Walmart on 30 they held me there 3hours only to say I couldn't get the loan I didn't get approved the lady said after having me print out all the things I would need for nothing. But now I'm glad I didn't get the loan from these people cause I went down the street to Speedy cash and got approved in a matter of minutes.

Absolutely the worst loan experience I have ever had. Deceptive. High rates. Low payout. Intrusive. Unprofessional. They called me early in the morning the day after I got the loan to ask me what time of day I would come to the store to pay it off. The next day!

We all know how bad pay day loans are. High interest rates,higher then a student loans. They have you sign countless papers, always located in low income areas and high minority areas. Usually a payday loan is aet up to get the desperate. No real friends want to help you,family either, about to lose your car or shelter without money. Wages at a high time low. It never ends. I wish banks would loan us with low interest rates. Instead we get places like this. They hope you pay them your whole check....which makes you have to return for another loan just to survive next payday loan. It becomes a never ending cycle. Don't wait the last minute. Call 211 for rental help in your zipcode. Cut back on eating and buy cheap like rice and beans. Sip water to feel full faster. Maybe ride the bus or don't use car often. Go on google and look for programs or colleges for a education. When I go to nice clean areas no payday loans they pry on the weak and poor. Don't get me wrong its great when you get help,but terrible in the long run due to extreme interest rates. ....please think twice.

Very high rates I definitely will not be returning for more business. My friend is still waiting on his $100 referral it's been two months already. Smh!

they can fake well but they move shady will take your information run your credit, not tell you they do credit checks for 1 I tested the girl at the front also because I felt her vibe was off when I first came to her she didn’t tell me I didn’t need direct deposit when I told her I was going to go all the way to a bank to get a bank statement so I called after I drove to a bank and bank, then got the correct information....I come in she asks if I called so she knew lol instantly had a shift in her mood had this chick Tyra sit me down for an hour call my job, left a message basically just wasting my time when they already knew my credit had came back then finally say I’m denied. like it was a mess I could feel everything going on I could see the looks and the dumb questions to hold me there they tried to embarrass me amongst eachother it was silly and childish, this a lil cash store it doesn’t take hours to get a result I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you fit in with the foolery.

This will be my last time at the cash store period. Actually this will be my last time borrowing money here period. I never want to use the Cash Store. They charged me twice what my payoff is and lied to my face and said that I owed more but Ive been paying off the principal EVERY time. Never borrow money folks these people are grade A idiots. When I called the other store to complain about the high rate, the fatso and his other wack employees at the Skillman location looked at me and laughed. Ive spoken to the district manager and have talked to corporate.

The fat ass lady who sit at the front desk is rude as ever! She was assisting me and kept trying not to laugh, giggling under her breathe. I asked her what is funny she says nothing. I did not receive a loan because of there high interest rates! Worst Customer service I've ever gotten.

The people at this store were great! They were very helpful and showed great customer service as well as team work. They worked together to help me in my time of need. Thank Stephanie, Jax, and the other friendly faces!!!! Sincerely Deondre White

Bad customer service I went to the store with my all document And I told them I don’t have paycheck because I work in Uber they said don’t worry about it the bank statement enough I lose 1 Hr off my life bc of bad experience customer
