First Community Credit Union Branch, High Ridge

I had to take my light color sunglasses off to make a deposit with no cash back while others didn't have to remove their stupid Covid masks to get money out. First time this place has made me really angry at their stupidity. It happened some months back but I do not forget stupidity such as this!

Came here to get my truck loan refinanced from Ford to FCCU today. Kelly helped me out and she made the process fast and easy. Definitely recommend going to this branch.

Up until recently this has always been a great location. Everyone there was always very nice and welcoming. Until they got this new girl. Sure was transfered from another location. She had the worst attitude. I watched her repeatedly talk to customers like they were stupid while i was waiting. My turn came and her attitude'l was unwavering. It hasnt been just once.. It's every time i see her. I told my husband and he confirmed that he's noticed her unattractive attitude as well. I wish i knew her name so i could notify her superior directly. Ad for everyone if you see the lady with the terribly obvious "stamped on" eyebrows avoid her if at all possible.

Best Credit Union ever all the folks working here are the best. They even gave me a loan to buy a Supercar, who else would go that far for a customer!!!

High Ridge branch is my favorite to visit. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help. As a local business I know I can count on them to participate in events taking place in the community.

First Community is by far, the best credit union you will find in the area. They offer great checking account options, low rates on loans, Walmart branch hours are fantastic and so much more! I especially enjoy this High Ridge location. Thank you Erica (Branch Manager) for always working with me and allowing me peace of mind. You have a courteous and knowledgeable staff and that is what makes me a happy FCCU member for 4+ years!

Why would a bank or credit union do a hard credit check to open a savings account? I'm 60 years old, have the same job for 30 years, credit rating of 750 and they need a credit check for a saving account? NEVER had this ever.

Their system for clearing a personal check and making the funds available involves mailing the check and waiting for a letter from the other back. It's taking 9 days. Also no Samsung pay.

WORST BRANCH. Because of my work hours I had to call on a Saturday so I've now called 3 saturdays in a row BEFORW 2 (right now it's 1:40pm and I've called 3 times) and they are already "closed" hmm. I'm wondering if the main branch is aware.

My Favorite First Community By far! The staff is awesome, they help you with any problems that arise and always try finding solutions. Great people and very friendly!
