This was my first experience with refinancing as well as working with Eric and Terry from Geneva Financial. The transition went very smoothly, Eric and Terry made me very comfortable with the transition by answering all the questions that came to mind. They made it look quite easy if you ask me, would I work with Geneva Financial or refer them the future prospects, I definitely would. Thanks again Eric and Terry for the 5 star experience.

Customer service provided by Eric Swan was unbelievably poor. Was sending me unwanted text and when I contacted him about it he can't he came at me aggressively as if I was trying to pull something on him. Is what definitely advised to stay away from this place. Eric could definitely use some customer service training.

Terry Triplett, the agent I mostly worked with, was supportive and patient with my lack of knowledge and experience in applying for a mortgage refinance. He and Eric Swan guided me through the load of paperwork needed. Due to having a fairly heavy debt load and being a widow on social security with only part time employment, I had been told by other financial institutions that I was not eligible.
