They were able to get me into a good home loan even with average to poor credit! Once my credit got better they helped me refinance with an awesome interest rate! Andrea was able to even get the appraisal waived for the refinance saving me money! All the staff is super friendly as soon as you walk in and are very prompt to take care of any questions and always answer the phones or respond back quickly and help me with anything in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this bank to anyone!

FMB has been amazing! We recently switched from using Bank of America to FMB for all our personal and business needs. The level of personal attention is what makes them better than big banks like Bank of America. Wendy Durham and James Lehnhoff from the High Ridge location have been great. Anytime I have any kind of issue I can email Wendy directly and she takes care of it. No more sitting on the phone for 3 hours with Bank of America being transferred countless times and still do not get the issue resolved. Wendy is amazing and we are so happy we made the switch. :)

I have recently moved farther away from them, but because of Andrea Hayes I’m going to stay with them. Andrea always goes over the top for me!
