Customer service at the Newberg branch is top notch! All of the staff is friendly and they genuinely care about all of my banking needs.

After years (10+) of doing business with First Community Credit Union, I've seen their true colors. I've had them for all my banking for years and now I am going to another financial institution because they are NOT the community financial institution they claim to be. Will never do business with them again. My advice is to run now. They are only willing to be the community family if they get your money. It's all about that, not community.

It's so wonderful to have such good customer service with the credit union that really cares about its members! I am grateful for the support & great rates with my car & RV loans!

I have a normal bank account here. The staff always is willing and cheerful to help with any questions that I have and work hard to find the answer to any questions that they do not know the answer to. All transactions I have done worked. They have an app that works well and allows you to get what you need done.

Great interest rate on our car loan. So glad we happened to go in and discuss refinancing our loan through FCCU!

This place has excellent customer service ! They care for our entire family well. They know each of us by name whether we drive up or walk into the lobby. They offer super rates and find the time to help with an array of financial situations-

I have used these guys for the last 4 business trucks that I bought. Once we got through the first one, which they made as easy as possible, they have been able to get me a check for the next truck within hours of my request. Super simple and easy!!! I have worked with both Matt and Mary and both have treated me well, in fact, everyone there at the east side branch has been great. They all remember me by name after only meeting me once or twice. Plus, I have been able to get my loans interest rates under 2%, how do you beat that?

Went to the bank to get some change for my business, didn't need much $100 in 5s and $50 in 1s went to hand them money and the girl turns off the mic and talks to a lady behind her, turns on the mic and says "sorry we can't give you change" I laughed thinking it was a joke and said okay she turned off the mic again taking to the women behind her and comes back and says "you need to be a member or we can't give you change" I ask are you serious?! She said "yes" and turns off the mic. I drove to Wells Fargo of all banks and guess what?! I get my change haha. Pretty unbelievable that a bank can't help give you a small amount of change unless you're a member. 1 star for customer service.

BEWARE - I used this credit union ATM to deposit funds in my out of state credit union and they "corrected" my deposit amount by $200 in cash that I deposited! They stole $200 from me.
