Last year we worked on a home mortgage and the sale fell apart 2 days before closing. This year we had the opportunity to purchase the same property again. We applied for a mortgage refinance but she showed us that we had a really good percentage rate on our existing mortgage and suggested a line of credit instead. We applied for a HELOC loan 6/16/22, we were approved on the 6/21/22, could write checks by 7/5/22. Went to the closest branch for wet signatures and ID verification which was about a 15 minute appointment. Super efficient online experience with Jenny Vessey.
