ATM machine is always broken or half works. The people that work here are very rude. I gave 2 stars ONLY because the bank institution itself is good, but they need to be retrained on CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service very good and fast. About 4 lanes drive through and two more lanes for ATM users. You can deposit cash and/or checks in this ATMS 24hrs. The facility itself does not look very appealing when it come to looks.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Chesterfield, Mo location is prejudiced and not afraid to show it. If I could give this company a minus zero I would.

My late husband and I got our home, in the country, refinanced with a 15 year loan. I recently paid it off and decided to continue all my banking with Community Credit Union. They have always treated us as important and that was greatly appreciated. I think you get to know a company in 15 years. I had 5 other accounts that lost out because they forgot what loyalty means and is.

02-06-21 Usually I don’t have a problem with First Community. I went to the tellers and didn’t even get acknowledge no greet or anything just asked if I wanted my money in my checking or saving . I told her checking please and then she said to have a nice day. I then check my account when I got down the road to gas station and I still had no money in my account I’m frustrated that the lady has put my money into another account and now I have to wait to Monday to get accounting department to fix anything . Because this location was closed and the Walmart branches couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t through a Walmart branch.

Extremely inconsistent underwriting. I was declined on loans that I was approved for easily with other credit unions. I have been a member for 4 years and have paid off 3 vehicle in full and I’m in the 700s. Unless your EXCELLENT credit or ready to be declined I do not recommend this credit Union I am pulling my money immediately and cutting all ties

The worst customer service ever! 1st the drive up tellers dont even acknowledge you. After you send the tube in the next thing you hear is have a nice day! No "hello" , no "how are you" nothing! The online chat (which is convenient) but no better. Also, the banker that opened my account at this branch failed to put overdraft protection on my account after I requested it. About 5 months after I requested it, I found out it was never placed and had an item returned. This is why American Eagle will remain my primary credit union. I was using this credit union as a way to save primarily, my 2nd job direct deposit just goes here, as soon as my direct has been switched by my job, I'm gone! If I could give -0 stars I would!

Absolutely no customer service AT ALL. Horrible hours. I needed help with my account and a change of address. I called the 800 number and the 636 number, both would tell me offices are closed and would leave me to be SOL. It is very dissapointing that there is no after hours customer service line. If I need them for something really important, you'll be SOL until they reopen. Beacuse of this, I may consider finding a new credit union or bank.
