Not a great experience dealing with this company. We had concerns from the start. After going elsewhere they hit us with a $250 cancelation fee, before our loan was even submitted. Feels scummy to me. Happy we did not keep our business with them.

First Class Mortgage has handled 2 of my mortgages and 1 refinance. They have my complete and utter loyalty. Dan Van Winkle and his team are absolute professionals. Dan has provided me with the best rates and always has answers regarding my concerns. He will answer the phone or call you back promptly. Even if you have loyalties with a specific bank you should give First Class the opportunity to work for you. You will not be disappointed!
