I've been a customer of Bell Bank for many years now, and they've never let me down. Anytime I've reached out to their customer service department, they've been really friendly and ready to go the extra mile to help. I've always been able to depend on Bell Bank and I can't imagine ever wanting to bank with anyone else.

I sincerely recommend Bell customer service. Had to call in with a confusing and worrisome issue the other day and Emily at the call center was magnificent. She was kind and helpful, truly interested in spending every effort in the name of my well being. She resolved the issue and put me at ease with her service. 10/10, thank you!

Worst bank ever! From an uncaring and condescending staff to useless mobile app. Multiple "policies" for new accounts that conflict with each other. (Policy at the teller States checks deposited will be available no later than the 7th business day, yet funds not available till the 8th business day...) Even though they state that certified checks are not subject to this hold, conveniently they are. As soon as they are done holding my funds hostage I will be closing my account. (Funds deposited July 22nd still not available August 1st.) Even Wells Fargo isn't this crooked.

This the best privately owned bank I have ever experienced in the 7 state I've lived in. In a world were commercial banks seem to be in a race to the bottom, this bank is a shinning example of how to do things right. This review is about a specific teller though. Eric that works in the downtown branch is the most talented worker I've ever come across (I also am a business owner). He is efficient, expedient, accurate, knowledgeable, and friendly. I really hope Bell takes the time to recognize him. I drive out of my way to visit this branch, just at the chance he might be my teller. Thanks you Bell, and Eric for a job well done.
