The lady's here are awesome. Sarah can always cheer you up and all of the ladys have been a great help with my bank services. I just recently met Crystal in the finance department and she is awesome. She has been such a big help and very nice and easy to communicate with. She was very fast with the services I needed. That's my girl. I love my bank. Ive been using this bank for 11 yrs and i love these girls at the Hope Mills branch.

Been with this bank about 5 years. They need more tellers! Tired of waiting forever so one teller can take care of inside customers and the drive-through customers. Also, I don’t mind waiting my turn but if I pull up to the window after already waiting 10 minutes for the car in front to be helped and it’s going to be a bit, at least have the courtesy to acknowledge my presence and let me know it will be a few minutes. Don’t sit there next to the window and act like I’m not there while you continue doing whatever standing right in the window. Just happened! I left before I said something I couldn’t take back, maybe later I can receive some common courtesy.

The best bank that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They have earned my trust and future business.

They were the nicest people that work there. They helped me try to occupy my 2 year old while i was there to open an account. Couldnt have been more pleased

They don't treat you like a customer. They just try to take your money in fees. I am trying my best to run a small business. They tell me I can't tell them to refuse debit transactions. They don't want to refund an insufficient funds. A pending transaction was going to make my balance go negative so I put some cash in. The next day I see I have an insufficient funds, they take out the transaction first, then the cash so I lose my money. Worse then a payday lender. Also, messed up our checks, and nobody got back to us when we were trying to buy a car.

I've been a customer for 25+ years of this bank. I took a cashiers check in from Carmax and the cashier tells me for "my safety" they are placing a hold on it for 7 days because of people people printing phony checks. Seriously? I'm the customer that Carmax handed the check! Don't insult my inteligiance, you didn't trust a 25 year customer! When the check clears I will have already found a new bank.

Nicest people. Never had issues. You gotta beat the old people rush though, the ones who don't know how to use ATMs, because you'll wait forever to do actual banking inside.
