My husband and I went through 3 banks before we found First Citizens. We live in VA Beach and have access to a multitude of banks within a few minutes drive. However, we drive almost an hour to do our banking in Elizabeth City because the people here take such good care of all our banking needs. Kelly in particular has gone out of her way to help us. Simply put, there is no better bank.

I cashed a check Friday, the following Saturday I went to bought lunch at food with money from the bank. Cashier at food lion told me it’s was fake... very embarrassing moment.
