I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I've been with WF for almost 7 years and have NEVER had an issue with anything. Disputes are resolved quickly and with no complaints. No issues wondering where my direct deposits are. No fees or additional charges. Tellers have always been friendly and helpful. Maybe those of you complaining about rude tellers and poor service are getting what you give. 🤷

Been with these people for 20 year only because I travel with work. Called about a RV loan twice both times was told they would call me back. Not the first word.

This is one of the worst banks I've ever been to. The staff here reminds me of the staff at a mortuary. Not rude but for sure not friendly. Take your business elsewhere.

How many times is WF going to get sued before they close? They already closed down one branch in town; this one probably isn’t much further behind.

Worst bank, I've ever had the displeasure of using. I went through line two of the drive -thru today. I don't know who the woman was working that line but she needs to work on her people skills. She's extremely rude and doesn't know how to properly interact with customers. Won't be using this bank again. I suggest you don't either.

The worst bank ever! Poor service through and through. Susan Matta at the teller window needs an extra special applause for being the rudest teller I have ever come in contact with. Stay away from this bank and especially this branch. I had to give 1 star because 0 wasn't an option.

Took 40 min to get from the door to the teller. The manager took two smoke breaks while a group of us all stood in line. You know it’s bad when the senior citizens are complaining!
