This bank needs so much damn help. Been in line inside for 35 mins and still can't deposit my check. These ladies need more training

So we walk in and the place has 1 customer and 4 agents I want to open an account. Well I was told to have a seat. 10 minutes pass and no one even came to assist me. Like dang they automatically were judging me.

I give the tellers KIM and Ashley who is on leave now . The nicest people at this bank . Very sweet and helpful .

Today, I had to go into the bank and when I tell you they were some of the nicest people I have met in a long time. I will admit, I had some anxiety due to other issues, however the grace and patience that they all showed me is unheard of! This is definitely be my new branch!

If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. Consistently incompetent staff who refuses to correct problems THEY have caused. No one is willing to help and when we have come in to work something out or use ANY banking function, the staff actively avoids us. Customer service, WHO?

Tellers are friendly and quick. Location can be a pain to get in and out of during peak hours. Limited parking.
