First Reliance Bank Columbia

The lady Ms.Lee who cashed a few checks for me today was extremely rude I had a few checks between my two jobs that needed to be cashed. She seemed extremely frustrated that she had to do her job. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank.

As a small business owner, I am so thankful for the awesome staff at First Reliance Bank-West Columbia. Genuinely care and go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met each day. Friendly and fast service. How banking should be...the big banks could learn a thing or two from FRB!

This is the best bank ever. I have banked other places but the degree of customer service cannot compare. Donna Smith is always ready, willing, and able to assist with a smile on her face. All of the staff will spoil you and make you wonder why you ever banked elsewhere!

This branch treats me like royalty! We’ve (High Maintenance Day Spa) been customers since they opened years ago! We are always greeted with a warm smile and everyone is always so helpful! First Reliance bank, in and of itself, is a great bank. Having said that, this location is my favorite. Since I opened my account, it has been a great place to do my banking. It has the small-town feel of people knowing you and your family members without giving up the amenities of a nationally owned bank. I have opened accounts for my children, and have encouraged other family members and friends to open accounts there. A shout put to my banking crew: Nathan R., Laura S., Lee S. and Emely V!! They are the best and will take great care of you.
