Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Sunset Blvd, West Columbia

Not sure how this branch has 2 stars but Juan the financial manager assisted both my mom and myself yesterday. He was absolutely friendly and very helpful! The customer service he provided was excellent and we need more of that these days.

The location is beautiful, the guard welcomes you on the outside of the door before entry. The bank tellers we're extremely considered due to my timely situation and very apologetic for all my inconveniences I have endured during the cashing process of this check. All in all the visit and it's employer's are great, they actually deserve at least dinner from the boss/owner!!!!

There is only 1 teller so it is a bit of a wait if you don't need a check cashed or to make a deposit. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly.

not enough employees for the amount of business they have. 4 cars in the one open drive thru.5-6 people inside. and one person had to handle it all. wait time ridiculous. wont be back.

If your not a customer you have to have manager approve your check to be cashed. Even tho the check is written by there customer!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely the worst bank I've ever been to. Only one teller counter inside, but 5 managers to start accounts...and a host?!?!?! 5 drive thru lanes, and they're never open! Everytime I have to come here, they have to refuse people at the door bc there's no room and the line is that long!!!! I am not sure why ANYONE would put one teller in a bank....not even in the middle of nowhere! This is a tragedy, can coporate please change this Idiocracy if they see this comment?!?!?! You're losing ALOT of business!

Absolutely horrible service. Waiting in line to cash an insurance check that's drawn off of this bank. 3 people ahead of me and still took 20 min till my turn. The teller looked at the check and did not even look and see if it's a positive pay account and said I need to wait for someone to call and verify the check so she did nothing. So we waited another 20 minutes to get in an office and this lady punch all these numbers in to say since we dont have an account with them they cant cash the check because its 2k over bank of America set limit to try and push you to open an account. So I'm very upset so I asked for a manager for Juan to come in rolling his eyes and shrugging his shoulders while my wife is on the phone with the insurance company saying this bank calls all the time to verify checks. So after nothing gets done and Juan the so called manager still rolling his eyes says since this insurance customer Main Street America is not a good enough customer they have other customers to help. So good luck if you come here to do business and I would suggest going to another bank where they value all race and folks not just cashing pay checks. I also asked for the Regional Manager to be told they cant give out that information and I'm still waiting on a phone call for over a week

Worse customer service Ive ever had the misfortune of being apart of. Waited an hour for nothing, and two groups of people we're dealt with before I was even acknowledged. I had to ask how much longer i had to wait JUST for them to even ask me what i needed. Go to a different branch, this BOA is a POS.

Customer service skills are poor with an uppity attitude as if there's something owed to them spouting off policy that I haven't experienced at any other branch especially after telling them that I was pressed for time

Don't waist your time at this location. I'll be going to Lexington form now on.
