If you need a mortgage or to refinance Alex Lane is your best option. We checked out TD Bank & Quicken loans and Alex was by far the most knowledgeable and gave us the most professional experience. I am sure you will feel the same way about Alex. I would give more stars if I could!!!

I pay my bills online every week. My check is direct deposited every Friday. Never any problems up until 4 weeks ago. I've always had enough money to cover what goes out. For the last four weeks they've been charging me insufficient fund fees for no reason. I called local branch. They took care of one of the fees. I ask why it bounced. He told me well we see why here and took care of it, have a nice day. Wouldn't tell me why. I have digital banking and there was nothing showing tocause an insufficient fund fee. On 5/6 I paid 125 on debit card with 441 in bank. Charged me a fee. I called to take care of it on Monday. It's Friday and my account is negative 31 dollars. On top of that. While my account was negative they charged me 2.50 for atm fee so now they'll get another 36 dollars. That will be 180 that first citizens took from me for no reason. I'm done. There are too many banks out there that put up with this.

Very unfriendly at the drive up window.Wasnt greeted, and when the middle aged lady with glasses returned my deposit slip with license, she said nothing....Just weird, I finally said thank you, to which there was no response.Been a customer for 30 yrs won't go back to this branch.

Very cool GM. Ronnie helped us out in all ways. We installed a new sign for them because a car hit it and did not tell anyone. Sounds like a punk, but the bank is good to go.

Leann, Chris and Will have always been wonderful.

Absolutely terrible branch. I just closed my account due to the interaction of this branch. Too many others to ever put up with this. If you are looking for some place to bank with just do yourself a favor and skip this one.
