I don't know who I spoke to over the phone but she needs to find a new job if she doesn't like hers over the phone she told me to hurry up because she has other people waiting if you can't help the person on the phone you don't need to be answering it! If it was up too me I would give them no stars

They offered me a loan out of the blue when I really needed some extra cash. I was late once for some reason, it just slipped my mind. The man called and was so nice. I have had no problems at all. I don't know how they would act if I wasn't a good paying customer and I hope I never have to find out. It is nice to know I can count on them if I'm ever in a pinch

I want share a few things about this company: I am/have been facing major medical issues, pursuing a diagnosis currently w/ an OD and more than one specialist. My dog had surgery in December, I am not currently working, although I am looking for work I can do, and I'm facing the possibility of homelessness in the near future, as well as a complete credit collapse. I missed my Nov. and Dec. payments w/ this company, but I kept in touch w/ them all along to let them know how things were going and why I was missing. Then, in late Dec., I CALLED THEM BACK (not dodging their calls, which would have been easier for me) to let them know I still hadn't found work yet. The employee I spoke w/ said he had to put me on hold and speak to the manager when I asked for 1 more month before they obtain a JUDGMENT against me, ruining my credit for 7 years, just as I was cleaning it up, and this is the message I was told came from their manager THROUGH him: "She said that you signed a firm commitment w/ us [which I knew and had never denied] to pay that money back, and you actually walked out of here w/ $2,200 more than you were supposed to [AND, WHOSE FAULT WOULD THAT BE??], and, so, you need to borrow the money from somebody to pay our bill." I can't believe they actually had the audacity to say I walked out of there w/ more money than I was supposed to--when THEY handed me the check! Adam asked me for my most recent paycheck stub, which I provided and the other documentation--and that was that! And, I would think, as a manager, she [her name is Sarah, btw] would appreciate a employment candidate not lying to an employer saying I knew I could do a job which I didn't know I could do, b/c of my rising medical issues. And, my loan has disability insurance on it, so if I got a diagnosis, then I may be able to take advantage of that help in that area, so I was waiting to find that out. I am still pursuing a diagnosis, b/c, unfortunately, the next specialist I need to see has a VERY long waiting list b/c she's so good. I have mysterious health problems: I'm so sorry that this inconveniences YOU. I'm luckily able to obtain rental assistance from charities or I wouldn't be making my rent--due tomorrow! So, NO, I don't have anyone to BORROW the money from--which is not their business to say, anyway--if no one will help me out w/ my rent or electric bill, in the middle of winter! And, I've been fighting losing my dog/my child/everything, whose diabetic and, therefore, has many special needs. So, she can't go to just anyone. Again, the manager did not even have the courage to say this to me herself, but made her worker say it. And, we're all familiar w/ those types of managers. After I went off on him (and apologized for it), I called back to let them know I was going to the media w/ this atrocious "message" and ridiculous request from the management, and the new person I spoke w/ deflected responsibility for the manager, saying "Well, I don't know that she said ANYTHING like that!" Well, that's what your co-worker said she told him to say! I said, "Don't defend," and she got real quiet. I said, "I'm going to the media. I had only asked for 1 more month." And, I'm WELL aware of the commitment that I had made to them, which is why I had the decency to stay in touch w/ them until that time. But, afterwards, I decided that they don't appreciate that, so it's not worth the effort. THIS IS GOING TO HURT ME MORE THAN ANY OF YOU at Regional Finance! So, naturally, I have done my best to not let it happen. Maybe, you could consider THAT next time you open your mouth to demand something from someone who's life will be negatively altered/destroyed for years by such an event.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. These people are nothing more than legal loan sharks. They charge outrageous interest rates which used to and should still be illegal under usury laws. They break the Fair Credit Act by calling people not on account and disclosing personal information. The employees are rude and aggressive. DO NOT GET A "LOAN" FROM THEM!!! Oh, and loan agent filed fraudulent paperwork claiming assets that are non-existent to get loan approved. SCAM ARTISTS!

This finance company has some of the shadiest business practices I have been witness to in quite some time, they send live checks without approval to mailboxes of unsuspecting individuals without so much as a phone call.... my "check" was fraudulently cashed and I am getting the tun around to file the fraud claim.

Came in after told was approved for loan. Then they dropped the amount to half and said I needed more paperwork. I went to get that paperwork and returned to be told there wasnt enough time left in day. Came back another day to be told I was denied for the loan after another associate looked at it due to an income change which did not accrue. Then was told they had shredded my pipework which would be needed to get a loan somewhere else and the only copies I had that couldnt be replaced.

Daniel was very rude! He threaten to call back and speak with my manager for not relaying a debt collection call to a coworker. Lol. Good luck buddy! I suggest anyone looking for a loan make sure you deal with a company that abides by fair lending laws.

I have been with RMC since 2011 and have never had a problem. They are always willing to work with you as long as you just call and talk to them and be up front. If you come with a attitude then you should expect the same from them because if it wasn't for RMC some of us wouldn't have a car. They are providing US with a service so let's not take that for granted and appreciate the service they provide!! :)
