Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

I have been banking here for 20+ years and do most of my banking online however when I need to, I can easily get my banking business done by one of their helpful associates. Multiple bank accounts, credit cards, foreign money transactions, auto loans and my kids banking needs are all handled quickly, easily and professionally. If you need anything more than a window visit, you will want to make an appointment. That way they can see you at a specified time and allow for the specific services you need. They offer Saturday hours if you cannot get in during the week. I agree that 8a-6p would be more appropraite banking hours.

Had an issue with a check that was deposited into the atm. Immediately went inside to see what could be done. Hailey worked every aspect she could before getting Kelly involved. With a couple of phone calls these wonderful ladies had my issues resolved. Now if BOA would open up a branch in Waynesville, all my banking needs would be a breeze. Hopefully Hailey and Kelly will get some recognition for their amazing CUSTOMER CARE! Thank you once again.

This is the most evil bank in the world. My mom had two credit cards with them. There was no balance on them. They were completely paid off and were being held for emergencies only. My dad has cancer. My mom isn't working because of covid and to take care of him. All the while the cards remained untouched. Mom gets a letter in the mail saying the cards have been cancelled and that her credit is bad. How evil can you get? Please please please if you read this before deciding to bank with them PLEASE DON'T DO IT!!!! I've heard so many stories about how awful this bank treats not only it's customers of 20+ years but also their employees. Worst bank in the world.

Had a two-party check with endorsements from both that they would not deposit at this location. Spoke with the branch manager who still refused to deposit the check without having both parties present to prove signatures. My client is in Boston and I remediated a suicide in his home. Do I really need to ask him to go to a Bank of America location in a major metro area that has a high density of COVID? I've banked with Bank of America for 20 years...but yeah, I've decided today's the day to commit fraud. In short, I've had good experiences with Bank of America overall (I'm not the biggest fan of some of their fees), but I'll be avoiding this branch unless I see the folks in there who originally set up the account. Ms. Clamser has no business running a branch if relationships mean nothing.

I’ve had some bad banking experiences but this place was by far the worst. Teresa the mortgage loan officer preapproved us for a loan. We ended up putting an offer on a place that was significantly cheaper than the preapproved amount. They told us everything was fine. The day before the closing I called everyone to make sure everything was still on track. I had to leave a message with Bank of America of course because no one ever answers. They finally called back at 4:50 the day before we were supposed to close and told me they were so sorry but the loan wasn’t going to go through. We lost thousands of dollars in escrow. And this was their award winning mortgage loan officer. We took all of our money out of the accounts we had there.

The staff at this location are kind, courteous and professional. We do not often come to the branch but when we do, we could not ask for better customer service. While the staff are required to comply with unpopular big bank policies and fees, they are very nice to do business with. Thanks to everyone there!

Let me start by stating this is COVID-era, respecting that, people still need their money. The hours they are open 9-4..... not nearly long enough for the working man. They do no print out physical debit cards there on location, they mail them. I have been trying to get a card for 6 months and they have not been helpful at all. Every time you call this location you get sent to voicemail. I went up in person and they still were unable to help out . They asked me if I could have the card sent to my place of work because they were unable to have it sent to them. The way they treat people who bank there is CRAZY awful. I will be switching banks and it is solely because of the way the people who work there treated me. These people working here deserve to be fired.

I always have a good experience at this bank. I find the bank officers and loan officer to be knowledgeable and courteous. When you walk in you are usually greeted by Inna Clamser who is helpful and friendly and seems to remember all the customers, which is a nice change from other banks I've dealt with and remittance of years gone by.

Worst service ever. Drive through is always backed up, taking forever to do simple transactions. Stopped by to get some papers notarized and was told to go to another bank since she had someone coming any minute and she couldn’t do it. She ran around the bank to find out if there was someone at the other branch to notarize the papers. After five minutes, she came back and wanted to see some bank I.d.! Really, the time she wasted could have motorized the document. And I’m a Platinum customer. They treat people awful. Worst bank ever.

This branch makes me want to close my BoA account but it might take an appointment or hours to do so. I just moved here and on 2 separate visits, it's been abysmal experiences. First visit, I just wanted to deposit cash, they made me run around with all this paperwork. They stated that it's because it's a TX account. Really? I lived in GA and all I had to do was swipe my debit card and hand my cash over. Second time was to get something notarized. They told me I had to make an appointment! I've banked at BoA, Chase, Suntrust and have never needed an appointment for a simple notary. Avoid this branch at all cost or plan on being there for some time jumping through hoops while half of the employee are doing nothing.
