Absoloutly the WORST pawn shop ever. Let them hang themselves and get them out of the business. Horrific.

I pawned my Playstation for a couple days to get a little extra cash. When I got it back out I turned it on to find that while it was in their possession someone had played it. That means that although I pawned my Playstation it was being played by the employees. This leads me to believe that everything that is pawned is messed with or played with by the employees. So don't go here or they might destroy your items or delete pictures on your camera or something.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I had a wreck about 2 months ago and went in to talk to a manager about the cameras and what I needed to do to get the tape, and everyone was very rude to me about it. ESPECIALLY the manager of the store. When I walked out and got into the car there was a lady standing at the door WATCHING me as I was driving off staring at me the whole way out of the parking lot. Very rude staff and I wouldn’t recommend for any services at all.

I got ripped off on a gold cross pendant that i found out later it was FAKE! When i brought it to their attention they did not refund or do anything to help me. If you buy from them make sure to check your jewelry people! They will no longer have my business!

Friendly staff, but ive been to a few pawn shops and First Cash has by far the MOST polite people working for them, very rare to see people who look like they enjoy their jobs GREAT experience!

Would give zero stars if possible. The staff is trashy and ghetto looking as hell and not one person acknowledged my presence as I stood there waiting to be helped. Several staff members standing around doing nothing yet....nothing. When I’m finally helped they tell me they don’t loan on cell phones. First pawn shop I’ve encountered that doesn’t do that! Trash.

I've been using this pawn shop for a number of years. If you're a repeat customer, then they'll give you a fair price or loan. That's what I like. My wife and I were in there recently to sell a ring. The amount they gave us was close to what we wanted. The service is slow at times but they are always busy too. They are really no different than any other pawn shop, I just like to choose one and go with that one.

The Manager is very rude !! Tried to call about my pawn and he wouldn’t let me give my name only my ticket number and when I provided that he started saying they were all under different names !! So where is my stuff?? Unprofessional low life !! Should not be managing and in customer service you know who you are .

Horrible service. Over half the people in there dont know anything about anything. They RIP you off on anything you bring in because they dont know about it. They did NOT accept my Maschine MK3 (digital audio workstation)fresh out the box when they had 2 sitting right next to them for sale. Their excuse was that they "don't know how to test them". The DAW uses a simple USB cable to power on.

Worst pawn shop in Arlington hands down. Rude staff. If your not Mexican take your business somewhere else because they act like your items are stolen.. Don't waste your time with this trash.
